We’re experts in tapping into the property market and finding unused or vacant commercial property and repurposing it for jobs-focused social enterprise. Since 2020 our finance team has raised over $21M in grant and debt for jobs-focused social enterprise. Whether it’s raising finance to help an enterprise purchase a property or complete a property fit-out, or assisting them in securing a working capital loan, our services are diverse and tailored to the needs of your organisation.

We recognise the importance of Indigenous owned and led business. We have an experienced First Nations-focused team ready to work in close collaboration with you to develop and strengthen your business.
