OUR EVALUATIONS
At White Box we’re big believers in reflection and evaluation.
We want to make sure we’re remaining true to our strategy and delivering impact in the most effective way possible.
Every two years we engage the Centre for Social Impact (CSI) at Swinburne University to evaluate the White Box Enterprises model and our progress in achieving employment outcomes for overlooked and underserved job seekers.
In our 2022 evaluation, our team worked closely with CSI to develop our Theory of Change. You can find this and much more in our latest report.
